We are hiring field marketing reps.
We’re hiring Field Marketing Reps to help homeowners schedule free exterior inspections. This is NOT a sales role.
You will not:
- Sell products
- Quote pricing
- Discuss insurance coverage
Your sole responsibility is to start professional conversations and schedule qualified inspections for our inspection team.
What you will do
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
- Professionally introduce NorthStar Home Experts
- Educate homeowners about free exterior inspections
- Discuss insurance coverage
- Schedule qualified inspection appointments
- Follow provided scripts and compliance guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Ability to walk neighborhoods for extended periods
- Professional, respectful demeanor
- Willingness to follow scripts and company guidelines
Experience in canvassing, customer service, or outreach is a plus, but paid training is provided.
Pay & Incentives
- $100 – $2,500 per week, based on performance
